On October 18-19, 2023, students of our University Veronika Terletska, Sofiia Starodud and Mariia Seredych (Faculty of Economics and Management) participated in the International Hackathon - a competition for innovative projects which took place in Patras (Greece) within the framework of the project "Entrepreneur - Entrepreneurial Preparation for Notable and Engaging Universities".
Students from Poland, Lithuania, Greece, Spain, Cyprus and Sweden also took part in this competition.
The innovative ideas, presented by the students, were related to the development of a mobile applications for creating a rational healthy diet; diagnosis of breast cancer in the early stages; software for the delivery of medicines to people who are in geographically remote places; mobile application for receiving medical services; reducing children's dependence on the use of gadgets; secondary usage of fabrics for the manufacture of children's toys.
The project of our students was dedicated to the creation of an institution for providing highly qualified comprehensive assistance in the field of psychological and physical rehabilitation as well as creating a comfortable environment for clients in the process of socialization and adaptation to new conditions.
It should be noted that our project received a favorable evaluation from the jury and a lively discussion among the participants.
