In the period from October 11 to 18, 2023, Marta Losyk, a student majoring in Tourism, took part in the youth exchange program "Mental Peaks: Finding Your Inner Self".
The project was organized by DOMGO "Youth Initiative of Cities" together with Active Frontier Association, which was financed by the Polish-Ukrainian Youth Exchange Fund.
The goal of the project was to strengthen intercultural dialogue between countries and their integration through mountains and digital detox. The event focused on human rights and integration, especially among young people representing national minorities, and aimed to raise awareness of mobile device addiction, allowing participants to disconnect from their gadget screens, reassess their relationship with technology and focus on other aspects of life. offered valuable opportunities for personal growth and self-discovery.
