On March 2, 2020, in Kyiv, by signing the Accession Protocol Lviv University of Trade and Economics joined the UaReNet - Ukrainian Network for Recognition of Foreign Educational Qualifications. The main tasks of the Network are to develop and disseminate a culture of transparent and fair recognition of foreign educational documents, strengthen the cooperation of the competent authorities for the recognition of foreign qualifications, facilitate the exchange of information and experience between higher education institutions.
At the inaugural conference of the network, the University was represented by the manager of the Center of International Education and Cooperation, associate professor Yuriy Myronov. In addition to the presentation of the UaReNet network and the Memorandum on the creation and development of the network, the program of the inaugural conference provided speeches of participants, honorary guests as well as interactive communication on the internationalization of education with leading experts of the industry.
