The trainer - Tetiana Dyadechko, head of the Ukrainian-Lithuanian association "The Cell of the Cheesemaker", owner and founder of "Tetiana Dyadechko's School of Cheese", cheese factory "Kozachka" (Poltava), introduced innovations in craft cheesemaking in Ukraine, USA and Switzerland, focused on features of the technology presented for cheese tasting and the rules and nuances of forming a cheese plate.

A cooperation agreement was concluded between Lviv University of Trade and Economics and the Kozachka Cheese Factory.
